Woohoo who’s ready for Fall?! I know I’ve been talking about Fall since the beginning of the month, soooo, you know I am. :) This year for the Fall mantel I decided I was really digging textures and the rustic look, so that’s how the mantel ended up. Quite a difference from last year’s gold and glam mantel! But something about burlap and pretty textures always draw me in so I went for it and came up with this.

Holy moly did you see that post title? Did it sink in? An interview. With Genevieve Gorder!! Oh my. So yes, I was so fortunate to have a little time last week to chat with her on the phone. I KNOW. I died a little. She is a superstar, and my favorite designer ever, so it was a little nutso to get to speak with her, but jumped at the opportunity.

Mudroom Makeover Under $100! | And A Striped Wall
Woohoo! I am SO excited to finally share this space with you all! Funny thing is though, is that I’ve never really mentioned I was creating a mudroom. Well, I sort of have a long time ago, but nothing detailed. So surprise, you get a full reveal instead of just snippets. :) I did however mention that I had a striping fail (not to be confused with stripping), and this was the little hallway that I was doing the stripes on.
