Yes you read that right. Let me tell you one more time in case you missed it…but I redid our bedroom again!! This makes #4 I think? There wasn’t anything wrong with the old room, but it was just lacking. Lacking life, lacking coziness, and lacking personality. I like the word lack today apparently. But once we got in the new upholstered bed, everything was just grey. Grey I love, but the grey walls, grey bed and grey curtains were just too much together. So now, here is a room I love. Our new navy and coral bedroom!
A Sneak Peek of A Secret Project.
Some New Mirrors Really Made a Difference! {And Spring Mantel}
Ever since we have had the faux mantel in the entry/living room, I’ve had the same mirrors up on either side flanking it. They were fine, but I really needed something more. Our house has evolved and changed so much since we got that mantel, so I needed some mirrors that look more updated like the rest of the house. I’ve been considering these mirrors at Target ever since I’ve seen them. Then they finally went half off so I snagged them up.
The Next Project…
Hope you all had a great Easter! I wanted to fill you in on what’s going on in this brain of mine. You see, I have a little problem of starting projects and not finishing them. Well I finish them up until the last final details sometimes (like ummm, the nursery!) and then start something new. So last week in my never-ending wheel-spinnin’ brain, I decided I wanted to do something. People are always painting their furniture and such different colors, so instead of white or black which is safe, I’m going to use this color…
That’s so…FAB!

Some Spring and Easter Decorating Around The House
Spring and Easter have totally crept up on me this year. It was only a few days ago when I took down the Valentine’s Day decor! That’s very unlike me but having red and pink and hearts up around the house for a long time was kind of fun. :) So since Easter is ummm, this weekend, all I did was throw up a few faux eggs I had from last year and called it a day.
New Rug In The Gameroom! {And You Can Win One Too!}
Ohhh how I love a good rug! They make SUCH a huge difference in the way a room feels and looks and can really make a statement. Sadly though, I still don’t have any good progress on the gameroom/mulitpurpose room. I know I know, and I won’t even bother telling you I have grand plans for it because I don’t at the moment. Still at a crossroads. But, I do have a new pretty Mohawk rug in there now! (RSS Readers you’ll have to click the Mohawk link to enter to win one)
