A Curated Holiday Gift Guide

Hi friends! Guess what?? I was asked (along with 6 other bloggers and designers) to be a curator for Joss & Main’s Holiday Gift Guide and I am seriously pinching myself! Remember I did a curator event a few months back? That was so much fun, so this time around I had even more fun picking out items that I’d love to gift to others.  I kept all types of budgets in mind, so I know you will find something you will love to give as a gift, or receive.  :)

Here’s a little sneak peek of my favorite gift picks this season.

I have gifts for everyone in my collection. Men, women, and even kids. I want to make your Christmas shopping as easy as possible, or heck, you can just pick up something for yourself because you deserve a treat. :)

Don’t forget you need to be a member to shop Joss & Main’s incredible sales, and you can sign up HERE, (it’s easy and free) if you aren’t a member already.

The sale is live NOW, and only runs through Wednesday morning so shop quickly.  I’d love to know what you pick up! I’m going to buy the french press because we need another one. :)

Here’s the invite link again, and here’s a direct link to the Curated Gift Guide. Enjoy!!

I love that paint brush stand. If only I had my sister-in-laws name this year. She is an artist and it would be perfect.

6 years. 6 photos. One powerful decision. No dram 6 years. 6 photos. One powerful decision.

No dramatic story or rock bottom… just a simple choice that turned into the best decision of my life.🥹

What started as a 30-day experiment became a complete lifestyle shift — because I felt better almost instantly. More energy, better sleep, clearer skin, and a peace I hadn’t felt in years.

This isn’t about judgment — it’s about freedom. And I’ve never felt more like me.

To anyone sober-curious or just beginning… it’s possible. And it’s worth it.❤️

If you’re even a little sober-curious… this is your sign. You don’t have to wait for a big reason — you are reason enough.🙌

Here’s to Year 7.🥂

Getting stronger—inside and out!💪 I’m not Getting stronger—inside and out!💪

I’m not just building muscle—I’m building longevity.

There’s something powerful about moving heavy weight. It reminds me of what I’m capable of—not just physically, but mentally too.

Lifting weights isn’t just about aesthetics. For women, it’s essential. Here’s why:

1. It preserves bone density and helps prevent osteoporosis

💪As we age—especially post-menopause—our bone density naturally declines. Lifting weights helps slow or even reverse that loss, reducing the risk of fractures and improving long-term mobility.

2. It builds lean muscle and boosts metabolism

💪Muscle burns more calories at rest than fat, which means strength training supports fat loss and makes it easier to maintain a healthy weight without extreme dieting.

3. It reduces the risk of chronic diseases and supports long-term health

💪Lifting improves insulin sensitivity, lowers inflammation, and supports heart and brain health—helping reduce your risk of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and cognitive decline.

If you’ve been thinking about starting your own strength journey—this is your sign. It’s never too late, and you don’t have to be perfect—just consistent.☺️
