We’ve accumulated a few pieces of IKEA’s furniture pieces as of late, and I needed the matching paint for it so I can do a few customizations to these pieces. A few secret projects up my sleeve. Hi guys! Hope you had a great weekend. You all seemed to really like our new cowhide rug layered on top of our big area rug in the living room, so I wanted to gather a few more images of this look from around the web. I think it’s such a great idea because it can save you money by not having to buy another huge area rug, but instead just change up the look by buying a smaller rug to place on top and hide that messy stain. ;) And of course because it’s pretty!
So I’ve had the cowhide rug itch for several months now. Not sure why. Just one of those things I do where I wake up one morning and think crazy things like that, and then need it immediately. It’s a sickness.

This is the new cowhide rug that almost didn’t happen.
Several months ago on a whim, I videotaped my 4 year old asking what she would like in her room. Her room that I need to redo. And this is her response. She’s the cutest thing ever by the way. And if you can’t see the video below, here is the link to it.
