The Fuchsia Chair That Will Make Your Heart Stop

Oh goodness, several months back I posted a picture on Instagram of the most beautiful fuchsia chair. I had to have it! And guess what? I finally do!! I wanted this chair for our gameschool room since I am going with pinks and greys and bright fun colors in there. And you know what? It’s perfect.

I really stop and stare at it when I go into that room, which is quite often. I wish I could have 5 of them all around the house.

But isn’t it amazing??!  It’s the most spot-on, very vivid fuchsia/hot pink color that is really gorgeous.

This is of course the Fuchsia Nina Chair from World Market, and it’s still on sale, but it’s worth paying full price for. I love it that much. Luckily I used my discount card from there and got it for an even better deal!

I also picked up this multicolor knitted Sari pouf from World Market to compliment the chair, and it’s so so fun.

If only I could keep kids from doing flips and rolling their bodies on it like one of those big work out balls, that would be even better.

And they had a few other multi-color ones in the store, and I am not exactly sure if the one I got is the Sari, but it’s the closest I found online. I wanted one with more pinks and bright colors instead of reds and such. So just look at the different options at the store because I think they vary.

The tufted detailing on the chair is so nice too.

Did I mention this chair is comfortable yet? It’s SUPER comfortable.

Oh and those castors…

The castors are on the front of the chair, and it has 2 regular legs in the back. But anything with castor wheels gets a 10 in my book.

Here are a few more shots. I’m really loving this room so far and can’t wait to fully finish it off!

Every time I go to World Market I want to completely refurnish everything in our house with their furniture. It’s so unique and different, but also classy and timeless.

And every girl needs a hot pink chair.

Go get you one! :)

xxoo,

I love the color of this chair, it works so well with your grey wall. I would love it with some blues too (navy blue!). And I completely second your love of casters on chairs, I have the same weakness!

2 labradoodle puppies were NOT on my 2026 vision board, but here we are.🥰

How could you NOT with these gorgeous colorings?! A red and blue Merle are so unique, and they are the sweetest!🐶🐶

It was my first time going with Randy to one of hi It was my first time going with Randy to one of his gigs. This wasn’t just any gig though. It was a very special wedding for a beautiful couple.❤️

And after witnessing firsthand what all he does for events like this, I have a new appreciation for what he does because it is a LOT.🤯

From loading in setting up three PA systems in 3 separate areas, then immediately switching gears to performance mode and playing ceremony music + sax, dinner music + MC’ing, then reception DJ’ing + sax. It was really pretty freaking mind-blowing to be honest. And then you have to tear it all down! Talk about a full day (I felt hungover the next day and I don’t even drink), but if you are in the entertainment business you get it. And he does this multiple times a month!

So many moving parts, and being flexible when you need to switch gears at the last minute, and he handles it with so much ease. That’s why he’s the professional at his craft.🫶

I was just there more as his emotional support person, but would love to do more events with him where I’m actually useful. 🤪Maybe I’ll learn to wrap up cords the right way one day to his liking, but that’s doubtful. 🤣

It was the perfect new year’s day and can’t wait to do it again!❤️

Congrats @claudine.said and @chefaustinsimmons it was a JOY witnessing your special day.

3 years without Daddy and Pawpaw💔 Does life mo 3 years without Daddy and Pawpaw💔

Does life move on?

Yes, but not without a hazy fog lingering over you that never fully lifts.

Not without the deep ache in your heart longing for more time.

Not without reaching for your phone wanting to call or text.

Not without the family gatherings knowing someone is missing, even though no one mentions it.

Not without crying when you think of him or look at old photos.

I still cannot talk about him without tearing up. Certain songs or sayings break me.

After losing a parent, everything looks different. Time with your family begins to feel more intentional, because you want the moments to last.

The hustle feels less important, because you realize your people matter more than any dollar amount.

Grief and gratitude can coexist. It’s okay to be sad, and it’s okay to be thankful for a dad who is worth missing.❤️
