Willow House Giveaway

*This giveaway is now closed*

Well this is the last giveaway of 2010 so let’s go out with something fabulous, yes?  Have you heard of Willow House?  It’s an independent consultant business that sells beautiful home decor, cooking and entertaining, gardening, you name it.  There are SO many things I want to order!  And now that Emily is a consultant for Willow House, she is my go-to gal for all of those lovely items I am dreaming of. :)

Let’s take a look at a few pretties.

Ahh I love everything in those pictures.  I especially love the glass domes and the beaded plates in the last picture.  They might just have to make a trip home to me. :)  There is TONS more gorgeousness on Emily’s site. I could browse through it for hours!

There is also a great outlet section (just click the big outlet button on site) on Emily’s Willow House site with super awesome deals, and they are also offering special markdowns right now just in time for Christmas.  Great last minute gifts!

Emily has been so sweet and is giving one of you a $25 credit to spend in her online store!  Willow House items are very affordable, and most everything I listed in the above pictures are $25 or less.  A few things were just a few bucks over $25. :)

To enter just do the following:

1. Visit Emily’s site and tell us what you love and come back here and leave a comment;

Additional entries (please leave separate comments for each)

2. Like Emily’s Facebook fan page and leave us a comment here that you did;

3. Subscribe to Emily’s newsletter (the link is right above “my features” on her site) and come back here and leave us a comment that you did;

4. Tweet or Facebook about this giveaway with a link back to this post, and come back and leave a comment that you did.

I’ll run this through Sunday, December 19 and will announce the winner then.  Good luck friends!

I wear this daily to support ⚡️energy, 😴better sleep, less inflammation, healthy aging and SO much more— all without drugs or caffeine.

It uses light (aka phototherapy) to activate your body’s natural stem cells.💡Yep, it’s that cool.😎

Curious what it can do for you?

Getting stronger—inside and out!💪 I’m not Getting stronger—inside and out!💪

I’m not just building muscle—I’m building longevity.

There’s something powerful about moving heavy weight. It reminds me of what I’m capable of—not just physically, but mentally too.

Lifting weights isn’t just about aesthetics. For women, it’s essential. Here’s why:

1. It preserves bone density and helps prevent osteoporosis

💪As we age—especially post-menopause—our bone density naturally declines. Lifting weights helps slow or even reverse that loss, reducing the risk of fractures and improving long-term mobility.

2. It builds lean muscle and boosts metabolism

💪Muscle burns more calories at rest than fat, which means strength training supports fat loss and makes it easier to maintain a healthy weight without extreme dieting.

3. It reduces the risk of chronic diseases and supports long-term health

💪Lifting improves insulin sensitivity, lowers inflammation, and supports heart and brain health—helping reduce your risk of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and cognitive decline.

If you’ve been thinking about starting your own strength journey—this is your sign. It’s never too late, and you don’t have to be perfect—just consistent.☺️

What’s something you’ve done lately that made you feel strong? Drop it below—I wanna cheer you on!🎉

6 years without alcohol. Honestly… still one of 6 years without alcohol.

Honestly… still one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.☺️

Not because I hit some big rock bottom. But because I wanted more — more peace, more clarity, more freedom to not let wine-o-clock dictate my life.🍷

Saying no to alcohol has allowed me to say YES to so many other things:

👫Deep, honest relationships
☀️Early mornings without regret
💕Trusting myself fully
🥹Feeling everything, numbing nothing
🙏And being so at peace in my own skin

If you’re sober, sober curious, or even just thinking about your relationship with alcohol — I’d love to hear your story. Share it in the comments or send me a message. You’re not alone!

Here’s to living fully, feeling everything, and having the ultimate FREEDOM!🙌
