Happy Monday friends hope you had a great weekend! I know I didn’t post much last week but there is a lot of behind the scenes stuff happening I promise. :) But for today, I want to let you all know about my friends Ashley and Jamin’s new book!! Yes they wrote an E-book called Handmade Walls: 22 Inspiring Ideas on Bringing Your Walls to Life. It’s so exciting to see friends following their dreams and writing books! Like, you are a real legit author after you write a book right? :)
Have you heard yet about the fabulous Ana White’s new book, The Handbuilt Home? I’m SO excited about it and have loved looking it over since it got here. She has me more inspired than ever to BUILD something! And, I am excited I get to give a copy of her book away to one of you!
Hey guys! I had the opportunity a week ago to go on another service project with The Home Depot Foundation. This time it was in Miami and that is not a bad place to visit! ;) But we weren’t there for play, we were there to help out with a Fisher House. I know I sound like a broken record when I talk about these Celebration of Service events, but man, they are just life changing. To get to help someone in need is probably the greatest gift God has given us.

Seriously, I had a life changing event occur last week. I finished the Shoot Fly Shoot Photography 101 classes and wow oh wow did I learn a lot. I actually LEARNED how to use my DSLR camera that I’ve been using a few years now.
