Crushin’ on Quatrefoil

I’m sure you’ve seen this design everywhere by now right?  Do you love it as much as I do?

I really would like a rug for the new dining room, and I think a rug like this would look great.

Oh gosh I just love it!  It is from Ballard’s and I SO wish it came in gray or black.  It would just be perfect.  Maybe I can make the natural color work?

Then I came across these rugs also from Ballard’s but it’s not available anymore.

I like the gray one.  Does anyone know anything about this rug?  Is it old?  It’s still on their website here.

I like the first picture the best but really wish it was in gray or black. Maybe I can find another one somewhere that’s similar? What’s great is that the rugs aren’t even that expensive!  The first picture ranges from $29-$229, and I wouldn’t need the biggest one.  If I’m not able to get the rug for our dining room, I would at least like to get the runner in this design for our entryway hall. That would be sweeeeet!

So do you love quatrefoil too?  I’m sure this is a trendy thing right now, but I don’t care because I love it! :)

xxoo,

I love the quatrefoil design. I really want to stencil my headboard wall in my master. We’ll see if that gets done.

I love those! I zipped over to Ballards to check on the first on in natural and of course all they have is the teeny tiny one left! I love that it’s indoor/outdoor too. I do love the gray one too. I hope you can find it.

I love quatrefoil as well. Infact I just brought home a lamp yesterday that has it on the shade. I like the grey or the black rug too.

I love this design too! I have been stuck on damask for soooo long, it’s nice to change for a little bit! :)

I am totally in love with the quatrefoil! I still love damask, but this is a great graphic print, too! Lovin’ these rugs! Here’s an idea for you: see if you can find a carpet remnant that is the size you want in the color you want. You’ll have a much larger selection! Then just take it to a local carpet binding company (if you’re in Utah, I can recommend a great one!) and have it bound or surged with your desired color! It’ll save you lots of money! This is how I did the rug in my living room! (And I plan to do it again!) Good luck! : )

check out company c, home decorators and grandinroad for other quatrefoil selections. I think it is trendy along with trellis wallpaper and other geometrics but if you dont spend a lot of money, who cares. good luck! (also check the outlet section of ballard to see if it has been moved there)

I like the shape of Quatrefoil and would possibly use it in a few accessories but I’m a damask and toile girl through and through. Quatrefoil would be nice to accent them though. Depending on where it’s at of course. A ganourmous mirror would be awesome!

Ballard Designs recently discontinued this indoor/outdoor GENEVE rug line (see image above) with the quatrefoil design. We purchased 2 and the second just arrived this week. We no longer have a need for it. It is wrapped in original packaging.

It is the tan color (the one on top in the picture). I think the actual measurements per the website were 7’8’x9’8 or something just shy of 8×10

We are selling it for what we paid for it + shipping and tax or best..so $225 + shipping. We live in Socal so if you live here it is an easy transaction with no shipping costs. If not, I will need to explore rug shipping costs.

Nice design — good for high traffic areas and kids. Rug pad would need to be purchased seperately.

Here is information from the website:
    http://www.ballarddesigns.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDetailView?storeId=10052&catalogId=10551&productId=13678&langId=-1&SourceCode=BDSBT1

This is totally not a scam — you can facebook me for confirmation. Cash or paypal would work once we settle final price with shipping.

It was my first time going with Randy to one of hi It was my first time going with Randy to one of his gigs. This wasn’t just any gig though. It was a very special wedding for a beautiful couple.❤️

And after witnessing firsthand what all he does for events like this, I have a new appreciation for what he does because it is a LOT.🤯

From loading in setting up three PA systems in 3 separate areas, then immediately switching gears to performance mode and playing ceremony music + sax, dinner music + MC’ing, then reception DJ’ing + sax. It was really pretty freaking mind-blowing to be honest. And then you have to tear it all down! Talk about a full day (I felt hungover the next day and I don’t even drink), but if you are in the entertainment business you get it. And he does this multiple times a month!

So many moving parts, and being flexible when you need to switch gears at the last minute, and he handles it with so much ease. That’s why he’s the professional at his craft.🫶

I was just there more as his emotional support person, but would love to do more events with him where I’m actually useful. 🤪Maybe I’ll learn to wrap up cords the right way one day to his liking, but that’s doubtful. 🤣

It was the perfect new year’s day and can’t wait to do it again!❤️

Congrats @claudine.said and @chefaustinsimmons it was a JOY witnessing your special day.

3 years without Daddy and Pawpaw💔 Does life mo 3 years without Daddy and Pawpaw💔

Does life move on?

Yes, but not without a hazy fog lingering over you that never fully lifts.

Not without the deep ache in your heart longing for more time.

Not without reaching for your phone wanting to call or text.

Not without the family gatherings knowing someone is missing, even though no one mentions it.

Not without crying when you think of him or look at old photos.

I still cannot talk about him without tearing up. Certain songs or sayings break me.

After losing a parent, everything looks different. Time with your family begins to feel more intentional, because you want the moments to last.

The hustle feels less important, because you realize your people matter more than any dollar amount.

Grief and gratitude can coexist. It’s okay to be sad, and it’s okay to be thankful for a dad who is worth missing.❤️
