Raise your hand if you love mason jar projects! I’m pretty excited about this one because it came out so cute! I was trying to think of a new and easy valentine craft I could make, and this DIY Heart Mason Jar is what came to mind…

Hope you all have had a wonderful week so far! I feel like I’ve been going ninety to nothing, getting bits and pieces accomplished but not a full and complete task, know what I mean? Anywho, I did manage to make a very easy Christmas craft this week and I love how it came out. It was basically free too which was a bonus. So here are my easy DIY glitter leaves:

Hey hey hey! I’m getting really excited about Fall!! I can’t believe I’ve even waited this long to post a Fall project this year, but the time has finally come. And I have the easiest crafty project to share today and they came out so pretty! I will teach you a very simple way on how to paint pumpkins, and now check out these metallic pumpkin beauties!

I saw the cutest thing at Hobby Lobby the other day and had to snag it up. It was a dry erase board, on canvas, and it had an owl on it! It is perfect for our office because I am always doodling and writing myself reminders everywhere. And I wanted something different than a [...]

Oh my gosh I am so excited to show you this today. You’re going to die from the cuteness! As you all know and are probably sick of me talking about, I’m having a baby in about, ohhhh, 17 days (Oh.My.Gosh!), and I wanted my daughter to have some cute custom big sister shirts for [...]

Hey y’all!! I’m really excited to be posting today for Emily. I am Ami and I am the author of AliLilly. Did y’all know we are both married to brothers? Yep, I’m Emily’s Sister in Law. Here is a sweet picture of our precious girls playing together. A few weeks back Emily gave me her Silhouette SD [...]

Who likes crafts? And who likes simple craft projects that are free? I know I do! :) I came across something called a Thankful Tree while exploring Pinterest the other day, and it intrigued me and I thought it was beautiful, so, I made one. Now I have to say that this is not an [...]

This will be good y’all, just wait. Or I should say, read. :) So the Silhouette team sent out their rhinestone bundle kit to try out. I’m not going to lie. I was scared to try to do a project with rhinestones. But, it’s a happy ending. This is what came to try out. Then [...]

Sorry this isn’t a home decor project (but I did make a few crafty things so that counts), but several of you wanted to see Emma’s birthday party so here it is. This was another kind of project in itself! The theme was kind of princessy, polka dots, and hot pink. I asked people to [...]

I’m linking up over at Marty’s today for her Summer Cloche Party! I love cloches and apothecary jars so I wasn’t going to miss this one! Tons of gorgeous inspiration over there too so go check it out and link up! Here are a few of mine. This is my newest one and my most [...]

Well, luckily you can’t see my tears through your computer screen, but my little princess is going to be 1 year old on Friday. It’s been very emotional for me planning her little party. I just can’t believe she’s almost 1. It doesn’t take much for me to cry or tear up. I’ve been tearing [...]

Remember this drawer I found for a buck at the resale shop? Well, I got to thinking how this would make a great candle holder! Then my instinct was right, and stumbled upon this lovely color of spray paint… Ohhh Catalina Mist, how I love you! I saw this shade at Hobby Lobby and [...]

This was probably the easiest little project I’ve done to date. But it’s sooo cute!! I had these 2 books that I got at a resale shop recently… Well I took that blue one and fixed her up! First I spray painted it Heirloom White. I did tape around all of the pages so I [...]

I did another little project over the weekend with the 4 remaining little flower pots I found at the thrift store recently. You can click here for that post. We have this area above our front door in the entryway… So I decided to use my 4 little pots and sit them on the ledge [...]

…until I did a search on Google and saw that these have been made…like all over the place! I should have never searched to make sure. What a buzz-kill! It was just too clever that someone other than me thought this idea up. Haha. But, I’m still going to show you! So, remember one of [...]

I had a good day thrift shopping and actually found some items I was on the hunt for. I spent a total of $7 for all of this. Now you may be thinking that isn’t really exciting, but I was because I needed another cheese dome and some flower pots. I have a few projects [...]

I wanted to give a quick tutorial on how I made these rosettes for the lamps in our master bedroom redo. I’m sure I am not the first person to do it this way, but all of the tutorials I saw included tying a knot and using a pencil, and/or some sort of sewing was [...]

My front door has been so naked without anything on it. I don’t know why wreaths stress me out, but they do. Then once I do it, it’s SO easy. But all of those aisles at Hobby Lobby with strands of greenery and flowers everywhere just makes me nervous. I’m a dork, I know. I [...]

When I redid our master bedroom, I didn’t want to buy a lot of art pieces to hang on the wall because I was on a budget, and I wanted something more original. And I also was liking the simplicity of the room, and didn’t feel like I had to fill up every inch of [...]
