  1. Wake up everyday and tell yourself how beautiful you are, the weight will come off. I’ve been battling this all my life, gained more then 75 with our second child but did loose all the excess plus more.

    Back in 2005 I quit smoking, and the weight piled on once again, so as of November 2012, my determination kicked in to shed this excess poundage for good.

    Not being able to exercise my best bet is portion control and I do well on the South Beach Diet, that’s just my best bet.

    Good luck, don’t stress out, and most of all remember to breath.
